The Bootcamp for New Dads is an interactive workshop designed to support expecting fathers and new dads during the early months of parenthood. Experienced fathers share real-life insight, guidance, and encouragement to help participants build confidence and practical parenting skills.

This unique session brings together expecting dads, new dads, and experienced fathers in a supportive group setting for approximately 2–3 hours. Participants learn by observing and engaging with experienced dads as they demonstrate feeding, burping, changing, soothing, and caring for their babies, while also sharing lessons learned from their own parenting journeys.

Topics may include:

  • Baby safety and basic care

  • The importance of bonding time

  • Feeding and changing

  • How to calm a crying baby

  • Balancing work and fatherhood

  • Building a healthy relationship with the other parent

  • Open discussion and participant questions

This is a free event, open to all new and expecting dads.
